Overview
PipelinePulse ("we", "our", "us") operates the pipelinepulse.ai website and the PipelinePulse Zillow Sync Chrome extension. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Data We Collect
Through the Web Application
- Account information (name, email) via Google OAuth or email signup
- Follow Up Boss data synced via OAuth (leads, deals, agents, activity)
- Team and market preferences you configure
Through the Chrome Extension
- Zillow Flex reporting data from Follow Up Boss (Tableau dashboard content)
- Zillow Premier Agent data (agent capacity, leaderboard, pipeline metrics)
- Zillow Marketplace data (ZIP allocations, agent scores, competitor rankings)
- Browser cookies for followupboss.com, premieragent.zillow.com, and zgpct.replit.app (used only for authenticated API access, never shared)
How We Use Your Data
- Display your real estate performance dashboards
- Calculate speed-to-lead metrics and agent rankings
- Enable lead routing between partner teams
- Send email notifications about your account activity
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than providing the PipelinePulse service.
Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security
- Credentials are encrypted at rest
- All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption
- Browser cookies are stored only in the Chrome extension's local storage and are never transmitted to third parties
Chrome Extension Permissions
The PipelinePulse Zillow Sync extension requests the following permissions:
- cookies — to read authentication cookies for FUB, Premier Agent, and Marketplace
- tabs — to detect when you visit Zillow pages and trigger data capture
- storage — to store sync state and preferences locally
- notifications — to notify you when data sync completes
- alarms — to schedule automatic syncs every 8 hours
- Host access to followupboss.com, premieragent.zillow.com, zillow.com, and zgpct.replit.app — to read your Zillow data from authenticated sessions
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
